Bio:
Aaron is an Account Manager in the Health and Employee Benefits Division, where he plays a crucial role in managing client relationships. Account Managers ensure we deliver exceptional service by attentively and proactively handling every client milestone. This process begins with onboarding and extends through the annual renewal process, setting mutual goals with our clients using our proprietary RoadMap process.
Aaron assists our clients in designing and implementing healthcare and benefit programs for their employees. He also creates and implements employee communications and education strategies to enhance engagement, ensuring alignment with each client’s overarching strategic plan.
With over 20 years of experience in the benefits arena, Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as an Account Manager. Throughout his career, Aaron has been dedicated to building strong client relationships and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
In his free time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his son and taking their dog, Ari, on adventures at the dog park.
