Bio:
Candace is a Senior Account Manager in the Health and Employee Benefits Division. As a Senior Account Manager, she plays a vital role in the client relationship. Account Managers ensure that we are meeting our promise to deliver excellent and outstanding service by attentively and proactively managing every client milestone. This begins with onboarding, then continues through the annual renewal process by setting mutual goals with our clients during our proprietary RoadMap process.
Candace is also responsible for helping our clients design and implement healthcare and benefit programs for their employees. She creates and implements employee communications and education for engagement in a manner that aligns with the overarching strategic plan for each client she works with.
Prior to becoming a Benefits Specialist in 2016, Candace was in Human Resources. She provided HR support to organizations ranging from smaller private companies to large international companies and nonprofits. Her 20+ years of experience in HR helps her relate to clients from their perspective.
When not working Candace enjoys traveling, trying new recipes, and spending time with her family on their farm.
