With nearly four years of experience in financial services and employee benefits, and over 12 years in hospitality management and operations, James brings a unique perspective to his role—grounded in service, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of relationship-driven business. He takes a solution-based approach to sales, working closely with clients to build meaningful connections and deliver results that support long-term employee engagement and organizational growth.
