Whether she is providing essential administrative support, maintaining and updating the customer relationship management system, or ensuring client accounts are prepared for annual renewals, Lena’s proactive approach and strong organizational skills significantly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the client service team, contributing to the overall success of TriBridge Partners.
Before joining TriBridge Partners, Lena worked with an insurance carrier for several years, which gave her keen insight into clients’ needs.
