Account Managers ensure we deliver exceptional service by attentively and proactively handling every client milestone. This process begins with onboarding and extends through the annual renewal process.
Craig works with our Core business clients which focuses on the needs of this critical business segment. He provides fast, real-time quotes, telephonic support, and other high-efficiency solutions.
With over 35 years of experience in the benefits arena, Craig brings a wealth of expertise to his role as an Account Manager. Craig has been dedicated to building close client relationships and focusing on exceptional service throughout his career.
In his free time, Craig enjoys nature photography, sporting clays, and amateur radio.
