Bio:

Christine is the Director of  Human Resources at TriBridge Partners.

Christine is responsible for recruiting and strategizing retention plans, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, education, culture, performance management, compensation management, benefits communication, and administration, creating and enforcing firm policies, as well as administrative management.  She also oversees licensing and serves as chair, member, and liaison for a number of committees.

Over the past twenty-seven years, Christine has served in a variety of critical roles that include Health, Life, and Disability Insurance Underwriter, Client Account Manager, Operations Manager, Benefits Administrator, and Revenue and Compensation Manager. Before her career at TriBridge Partners, Christine worked for the fast-growing start-up, Allied Resource Management, and prior to that, she worked at United Healthcare, formerly MAMSI.

Christine is extremely dedicated and is counted on by her teammates and leaders for her input, insight, and leadership.

Christine lives in Frederick, Maryland, with her husband, Chad, two children, Marilin and Collin, and their family dog, Lila. Christine loves spending time outdoors, especially with her family.  She also enjoys attending live sporting events and live music performances with friends and family.
