Bio:
Erin is a Lead Advisor in the Health and Employee Benefits Division at TriBridge Partners. Erin has over fifteen years of experience with health and welfare benefits including both fundamental and progressive methods of health plan risk financing, making Erin an incredible advocate for her clients.
Erin is responsible for overseeing all client strategic milestones including designing and implementing benefits portfolios, marketing and negotiating with insurance carriers, structuring solid healthcare financing options, benchmarking client performance and claims utilization against their peers and competitors, and creating and executing effective communication strategies.
Erin is an excellent listener and is very measured in her guidance to clients. She is always careful not to overcomplicate what is already complex, yet still covers the critical information necessary for effective decision-making. She has a strong belief in customer service and her clients will testify to Erin’s professionalism and dependability.
Erin continues to play soccer and enjoys golfing and traveling with her husband and son.
