Bio:
Alease is an Account Manager in the Health and Employee Benefits Division. As an Account Manager, she plays a vital role in the client relationship. Account Managers ensure that we meet our promise to deliver excellent and outstanding service by attentively and proactively managing every client milestone. This begins with onboarding and then continues through the annual renewal process by setting mutual goals with our clients during our proprietary RoadMap process.
Alease’s role extends beyond managing client relationships. She is also responsible for assisting our clients in designing and implementing employee benefit programs. She also creates and implements employee communications and education for engagement in a manner that aligns with the overarching strategic plan for each client she works with.
In her free time, Alease enjoys spending time with her family and serving her community.
