Bio:
Tosha is a Client Service Specialist in the Health and Employee Benefits Division. Tosha provides a consultative approach to explaining benefits enrollment and answering claims questions for our clients. She works closely with Account Managers, Strategic Advisors, and TriBridge Partners team members while serving as a liaison between our clients and insurance carriers.
Whether it is assisting with late payments or billing issues, helping to enroll a member, or providing resolution with a claim that has been denied, our Client Service Specialist team is crucial in helping us deliver on our mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Their goal is to simplify the complex landscape of group benefit plans and to be an advocate for our clients.
Tosha has spent many years in the medical customer service arena working in a hospital system and for a medical imaging service. Her experience with the medical carriers gives her perspective on being a liaison between the client and the insurance carrier.
Tosha is a mother to three daughters and has one granddaughter whom she enjoys spending time with.
